This license applies to the registered version of ZFilter.

License Grant
Subject to the payment of the applicable license fees, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, 4-Share hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable right to use one copy of the specified version of the Software and the accompanying documentation (the"Documentation"). You may install one copy of the Software on one computer.
Use
The Software is licensed as a single product; it may not be used on more than one computer at a time. The Software is"in use"on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e., random-access memory or RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that device.
This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed"AS IS"and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement. In no event shall 4-Share, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of ZFilter, or your relationship with 4-Share.
In addition, in no event does 4-Share authorize you to use ZFilter in applications or systems where ZFilter's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold 4-Share harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
All rights of any kind in ZFilter which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by 4-Share. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on ZFilter. You may not make access to ZFilter available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use ZFilter in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by 4-Share herein.
