Zafari Mobile User Interface is a software client that is designed to form a bridge between existing user applications, network bearers, and modem devices in such a way that the end user is able to simply connect at the click of a button and access the applications they wish to use securely. Zafari Mobile allows you to connect your Laptop/Tablet PC to any network, fixed or mobile, using any modem device, WiFi, DSL, GPRS, EDGE, HSCSD, UMTS, Dial-up, and even Ethernet.
ZM supports the following modem devices, Sony Ericsson GC75, GC79, GC82, Option Wireless Globetrotter GPRS and GPRS/WLAN Combo, LightSpeed GPRS and GPRS/WLAN Combo, Sierra Wireless 750 Aircard, Centrino 2100, 2200, 2915 PCI Chipset, and all Wi-Fi Alliance certified PC cards. Version 2.2.0.0 includes Support for Microsoft VPN and Zafari M-Zone Portal. Version 2.2.1.7 incorporates support for TV Broadcast over 3G PC Cards. Version 2.2.3.9 includes support for Option Fusion 3G Card, Sierra Wireless 775 EDGE card and Sony Ericsson GC89 WLAN/EDGE card. |
