| WorldCast is a free two-in-one tool: A free bulk email software and also an e-mail address validator. It detects many of the common invalid addresses that exists on many emailing lists, reporting errors like bad email addresses, time-out operations, etc., providing a detailed log of the entire delivering process. Features automatic subscription/unsubscription of email addresses, a syntax-oriented editor, mail merge capabilities, HTML editing and preview support, attachments, spell-checker, Thesaurus, extensive filtering of the results, crash recovery, message attachments, etc. Using direct multi-threaded delivery, it ensures 100% usage of your connection capabilities. WorldCast as a bulk emailer acts like a self-sufficient SMTP relay, sending your customized message straight out to the recipient's mail server (without using your ISP's SMTP server, although it still offers the possibility to use any SMTP server). It has extensive mail merge capabilities . Given a certain emailing list, containing email, name and job, for instance, the software generates a customized email to each recipient. WorldCast as an email-address validator verifies an entire emailing list, reporting the bad and good email addresses. WorldCast accepts an unlimited number of projects, importing/exporting recipients (mailing lists) from dBase tables, text and CSV files, as well as address books. Working with huge recipient lists, it imposes no limits to the recipient list size. WorldCast is safe - If, for some reason, your computer hangs in the middle of some processing, it safely recovers it to the state it was before the crash. |

GRANT OF LICENSE
Fairlogic Systems (hereinafter Fairlogic) grants you a limited non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE providing it will not be used for commercial purposes. The SOFTWARE is free for non commercial use. After 30 days you should register or quit using it. The license for non commercial use is FREE. If you are using the SOFTWARE free of charge under the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to any support whatsoever.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAIRLOGIC FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ON INFRINGEMENT.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
SCOPE OF GRANT
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. Fairlogic shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.
COPYRIGHT
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
MAINTENANCE
Fairlogic is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Fairlogic shall be covered by this Agreement.
Registered Version
One registered copy of WorldCast may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of WorldCast through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 4 different workstations will access WorldCast on the network, each workstation must have its own WorldCast license, regardless of whether they use WorldCast at different times or concurrently.
Evaluation Version
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge. The evaluation software has limitations (see the help file). If you want a full-featured version, a registration fee is required (select About from the WorldCast Help menu to check). When payment is received, you will be sent a password to unlock the disabled features of the latest version of WorldCast.
Distribution
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the UNREGISTERED version (select About from the WorldCast Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic and physical means (diskettes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, etc). There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made.
The registered software cannot be redistributed. The registration information (password, license number) is confidential and cannot be distributed.
