END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE :
Before you can start using this software, you must accept the following agreement.
ANY SOFTWARE FROM THIS SITE IS PROVIDED TO YOU BY vbSoftware UK owned by Karen Attwater. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING LICENCE PROVISIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE PROVISIONS (SEE BELOW), YOU MUST EXIT THE ANY INSTALLATION.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
Since the software is provided, it is provided without any warranty of any kind, including (without limitation) warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any third party rights. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is borne by you. Should the software prove to be defective, you will assume the entire cost of any loss or damage. In addition, the security mechanism implemented by the software has inherent limitations, and you must determine that it sufficiently meets your requirements.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances will vbSoftware UK or Barry Attwater (author) or Karen Attwater be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise including (without limitation) loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any other commercial damages or losses. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS:
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, De-compilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components:
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Software Transfer:
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
TERMINATION:
Your licence to use the software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the provisions described above. On termination, you must agree to destroy any and all copies of the software you have made.
