| Winfonie Mobile transfers the phone book from Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Palm Desktop, Windows address book, Workpad Desktop, Tobit David, Lotus Notes, Lotus Organizer, Combit Addressmanager or Cobra Adress Plus into your mobile. Supports Nokia 3100, 5100, 5110, 6100, 6110, 6130, 6150, 6210, 6250, 6310, 6310i, 6340, 6610, 6800, 7110, 7210, 7250, 7250i, 8310, 8910i and more. Contacts (multiple numbers, address, email, ...) and dates can be transferred to your mobile. You can select which entries are to be transferred in which manner. The simple user interface enables even beginners to use this program - without orientation. A free trial version is available, you can test full functionality for yourself. To use the software you need either a bluetooth, a infrared or a cable (DAU-9P, DLR-3P, DKU-2, DKU-5) connection to your mobile. |

If you do not agree with the following terms, you are not allowed to use the software.
Permission to use
The test version can be used for a maximum of 60 days after the first installation without paying license fees. If you want to use the software permanently, you can buy a full version license. Otherwise you will have to uninstall it and delete all copies. You are not allowed to install WinFonie Mobile on more than one computer per license. Shared access (e.g. when installed on a terminal server) is not permitted.
Reproduction and Distribution
Anauthorised distribution of the software or associated files to third parties is not permitted. The free test version can be copied and distributed if the recipient receives it at no costs and without giving any personal data. Only the newest test version is allowed to distributed. The permission can be withdrawed anytime and expires when the software is not provided anymore. The currect version is available at www.winfonie.com.
Safety Regulations and Liability
You are not allowed to install the software on computers with safety and contingency risks (including servers). According to the actual state of technical knowledge software failures and conflicts with other software cannot be completely ruled out. Data backup has to be performed before installation. You have to make sure that an actual data backup is available before using the software - this includes data on mobile phones, too. Commercial and institutional liability is excluded according to the law. Liability without guilt or on an act of slight negligence is excluded in any case.

Severability Clause
If one or more terms of this agreement are or will be found void, all license agreements and all other agreements will stay in force. Invalid terms are to be replaced by terms which approximate the economical purpose of the original term. |
