WindowSurfer is a complete web browsing application with a true ?Automatic Login? feature. It can not only fill in your usernames and passwords, it also enables you to set your selected multiple web-pages to load automatically on application start-up, navigate to the login page and then fill in the required information. All this action happens simultaneously for multiple web pages. You do not have to wait in a queue for each page to complete.
WindowSurfer supports multiple tabs, multiple users and blocks popup windows. It loads multiple web pages in a single window under different tabs. Its star attraction is a Sidebar (having Auto-Hide feature), where the user creates his or her own LINKS to one?s web-sites of choice. Each of these links opens in its own tab. One can switch between the loaded links with just a click on the link's tab button.
All browser windows open within the main application, so no desktop clutter. With WindowSurfer one can create multiple accounts for users sharing the same computer. Each user has its own settings, links, usernames and passwords which are accessible only with the user's individual master password. It uses industrial strength encryption to store user's passwords on their own computer, not on the internet. A user can Export and Import his or her settings to disk for backing up or transferring to another computer.
WindowSurfer smartly kills the Pop-Up windows before they are able to load, thus saving your internet bandwidth. It is fully compatible with Internet Explorer and supports industry standards for security and privacy. Besides, it has many powerful and useful features that will make your surfing easy, faster and enjoyable. |

End User License Agreement
CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY USING, INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING OR COPYING ANY VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE REAFFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Software
The term ?Software? used in this agreement refers to ?WindowSurfer?, including all of its existing versions, any updates to the software, any associated software components, any related materials either electronic or printed, and any documentation.
License Grant"You"means the person or entity that is being licensed to use the Software or Documentation."We,""
us"and"our"means WindowSurfer. The Software is available in a commercial (or Registered) and an evaluation (or Trial or Unregistered) version. Both these versions are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you are an individual, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the Software on any single computer, provided the Software is in use on only one computer at any time. If you are an entity, you will need to purchase a separate license for each work-station on which this Software is installed. You may use the evaluation version without charge for 30 days from the day that you install the Software.
This license grant entitles you to receive free updates of this Software for life.
Title
We remain the owner of all right, title and interest in the Software.
Archival or Backup Copies
You may make a reasonable number of copies of the Software solely for back up and archival purposes, provided that the original and each copy is kept in your possession and that your installation and use of the Software does not exceed that allowed in the"License Grant"section above.
Things You May Not Do
The Software is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You may not:
? copy the Software except to make archival or backup copies as provided above,
? modify or adapt the Software or merge it into another program,
? reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software,
? place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet,
? sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software, or
? Decrypt or attempt to decrypt any encrypted data or data files generated by this Software.
Limitations on use
This Software is meant to be used for routine home or business applications. We recommend that you do not use this software for emergency or mission critical applications without our written permission.
Displaying advertisements and messages
This software does display advertisements, news, information, messages, notifications etc., in a small window in application work space, by accessing web pages on our website. Please read the ?Privacy Statement? below to know what kind of information we may collect from your computer.
Transfers
You may transfer all your rights to use the Software to another person or legal entity provided you transfer this Agreement, the Software, including all copies and updates and to such person or entity and that you retain no copies, including copies stored on computer.
Privacy Statement
The term collect here means collect and transmit to us or any third parties. We do not collect any personally identifiable information like names, email addresses, street addresses, or phone numbers. We do not collect any other personal information, such as login IDs, passwords, bank account numbers or credit card numbers. Any such information will remain on your own computer and will never be sent by the Software to us or any third parties. We do not track your surfing habits, what web pages you have visited or what searches you have made. We do not do any target advertising depending on your surfing habits. The Software does not do any software installation or update in the background except with your permission before doing this.
We do collect your IP Address and HTTP headers and a unique id created by our Software when you are connected to the internet. We use this information for our internal sales and other business analysis.
External web sites and Login limitations
This Software enables you to link or to login into your online accounts on other web sites (?External Web Sites?). We do not represent that we are related in any way to these External Web Sites. THE LINKS OR LOGINS MAY NOT WORK OR MAY STOP WORKING CORRECTLY FOR SOME OF THESE EXTERNAL WEB SITES. Successful and correct login to your online accounts depends on the design and content of the web pages of these External Web Sites. We do not have any control over the design or content of these External Web Sites.
Limited Warranty
We provide no remedies or warranties, whether express or implied, for the evaluation version. For the commercial version, we warrant that for a period of 90 days after delivery of this copy of the Software to you:
? the media on which this copy of the Software is provided to you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and
? The Software will be free from significant defects that prevent the Software from performing substantially in accordance with the documentation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, regardless of whether we know or had reason to know of your particular needs. Limited Remedy

Term and Termination
This license agreement takes effect upon your use of the software and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession. It will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You agree on termination of this license to destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
Confidentiality
The Software contains trade secrets and proprietary know-how that belong to us and it is being made available to you in strict confidence. ANY USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE SOFTWARE, OR OF ITS ALGORITHMS, PROTOCOLS OR INTERFACES, OTHER THAN IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, MAY BE ACTIONABLE AS A VIOLATION OF OUR TRADE SECRET RIGHTS.
General Provisions
1. This written license agreement is the exclusive agreement between you and us concerning the Software and supersedes any prior purchase order, communication, advertising or representation concerning the Software.
2. This license agreement may be modified only by a writing signed by you and us.
3. In the event of litigation between you and us concerning the Software or Documentation, the prevailing party in the litigation will be entitled to recover attorney fees and expenses from the other party.
4. This license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.
5. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations.
