The easy-to-use Survey Wizard helps you develop questionnaires based on dozens of pre-existing templates, or you can create forms from scratch using the Question Editor. To control your survey appearance, select one of the Display Templates included with WebSurveyor software, or create one based on your website design. Advanced survey features include multi-page, multi-language, complex branching, data piping, data validation, required responses, matrix formats, hidden data fields and inserting HTML snippets.
Once created, publish your survey to WebSurveyor's secure hosting service with the press of one button. Use WebSurveyor's Email Notification Manager to announce your surveys, and track recipients, click-throughs and responses by individual. This service is priced separately from survey hosting. The secure, password-controlled response management environment assures you of confidentiality for both respondents and results.
To download your results, just push one button. WebSurveyor automatically graphs your responses. You control how the data is graphed: Pie, Bar, Line, Area, Scatter, or Text. Advanced analysis features include cross-tabulation, data-filtering, as well as viewing, editing and exporting raw data. Once you have reviewed your data and modified your graphs, you can then easily export either to popular word processing, spreadsheet or presentation programs.

End user license agreement

License AgreementThis License Agreement is a legal agreement between WebSurveyor Corporation and you (either an individual or other legal entity) for use of the WebSurveyor Desktop software ("Software") including electronic documentation and online survey hosting service ("Service").By installing, copying, or otherwise using any portion of this Software or Service, you warrant that you are eighteen years or older and agree to use the Software and Service as provided in this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use WebSurveyor.WebSurveyor may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify or discontinue the Software or Service; limit, terminate or suspend your use of the Service; and/or with 30 days advance notice, modify charges for the use of the Software or Service or make changes to this License Agreement. To terminate this agreement, simply discontinue using the Software and Service and uninstall all copies of the Software from your computer.WebSurveyor grants to you a non-exclusive, limited license to install and use the Software, pursuant to the terms hereof, to connect to the Service only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software and you agree to maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the Software. You also agree not to rent or lease the Software to another person, group, organization or party without prior written consent of WebSurveyor Corporation.All title and copyrights in and to WebSurveyor and any copies thereof are owned by WebSurveyor Corporation or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of WebSurveyor is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This License Agreement grants you no rights to use such content.WebSurveyor Software is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
