Watch Right is a simple and inexpensive parental monitoring system that empowers the concerned parent with the ability to "keep an eye" on their child's online activities. Automatically log your child's instant messages, chatroom conversations, email messages, message board postings, and web sites they visit while online.

Watch Right is designed to work invisibly in the background where your child needn't know they are being monitored. Or you may choose to use Watch Right as a warning to your child to carefully consider what actions they take while online.
With Watch Right, you can monitor:
- AOL Chatroom conversations.
- AOL Instant Message conversations.
- Read and Sent AOL Email.
- Read and Sent AOL Message Board and Newsgroup Postings.
- AOL Web Browser sessions.
- AIM Instant Message conversations (AOL not required!)
- Internet Explorer Web Browser sessions (AOL not required!)
Other Features:
- Disable AOL Guest Login.
- Select only the AOL screen names you wish to monitor, or all existing screen names at once.
- Dual Interface - Watch Right appears to the uninformed user as a functional Internet Atomic Clock update utility. This feature allows the user to synchronize their computer's clock with an online time server. For the parent, they may also enter a secret password to unlock Watch Right's monitoring control panel.
- Locks log files to prevent deletion without a valid password.
- Resists attempts to disable or close without a valid password. |

The following definitions apply to the terms as they appear in this License:
"BPS" means BPS SoftWare Co.
"The Program ("Program") means the computer programs and documentation included in this package.
"Evaluation Mode" means a version of the Program in which time and feature limits have been imposed.
"Full Functionality Mode" means a version of The Program in which all functions operate with no time limit.
License Grant
BPS grants you a nonexclusive license to:
Load the Program onto your computer's storage device from the media provided.
Obtain from BPS registration numbers to enable the purchased portion of the Program to run in Full Functionality Mode.
Allow others to run Program in Evaluation Mode, unless or until requested by BPS not to do so.
You may not:
Remove or alter any of BPS copyright notices from any components of Program.
Sublicense, rent or lease all or part of the Program.
Use the Program with the intent to violate any licensing agreements or contracts.
Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from all or any portion of the Program or anything incorporated therein or permit or encourage any third party to do so.
Violation of the above-stated rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of this license and cancellation of the registration codes in the purchased portion of the Program.
Once registration numbers have been obtained from BPS, the license to run the Program in Full Functionality Mode may be assigned to an individual, i.e, a single individual may use the Program in several locations if desired.
Copyright and Other Restrictions
The Program is owned by BPS and is protected by the United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. BPS retains all rights not expressly granted. None of the components of the Program (including the documentation) may be copied, removed or altered, in whole or part, for any unauthorized use.
Disclaimer of Warranty
BPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM. THE END-USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AS TO THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM. BPS SOFTWARE'S LIABILITY TO THE END-USER (IF ANY) FOR ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL BE LIMITED TO, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL EXCEED, THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY PAID TO BPS FOR THE LICENSE OF THE SOFTWARE.
BPS does not warrant that the Program will satisfy the requirements of your computer system, or that the Program or its documentation are without defect or error, or that the operation of the Program will be uninterrupted.
No BPS distributor, dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any warranty for the Program.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and BPS. It is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. |
