One of the points of a Gmail account is that it collects and keeps all your messages in a central online store that is flexibly accessible from just about anywhere with just a browser. Still, there can be occasions where having the messages arrive at your Gmail account in your favorite desktop email client would be beneficial. What's more, you could then use the editing capabilities of that email client instead of your browser's meager features. With psGmail, you can have both. Working as a seamless POP proxy, psGmail makes the messages in multiple Gmail accounts accessible via POP for any email program. You can even choose which kind of messages you want to download ? only unread messages, for example, or starred mail, sent messages or everything. The options are flexible including even keyword and date-based filters, and you can also tell psGmail what to do with mail that has been retrieved, from archiving it to deleting it immediately. psGmail makes available SMTP services as well so you can send emails and replies comfortably with it, having a copy placed in your Gmail account. As an additional feature, psGmail can check for and announce new messages periodically. Of course, you can also use psGmail as Gmail mail checker only.
Features of psGmail :
1. psGmail lets you access Gmail accounts with any POP email program.
2. You can specify which kind of mail (unread, all, spam,...) you want psGmail to retrieve.
3. In addition to standard Gmail categories you can use custom labels or even keyword and date filters.

6. Using MSN Messenger-style pop-ups, psGmail announces new mail in Gmail accounts.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a license, not a sales agreement, between you, the end user, and Vspire. Vspire grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided below) license to use the copy of the software enclosed in the package which is included with this License Agreement and the accompanying documentation in accord with the terms set forth in this License Agreement.
The software is owned by Vspire and its author, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material except that:
You may:
a. Install the software on only one computer.
b. Make one (1) copy of the software in machine readable form solely for backup purposes, provided that you reproduce all proprietary notices on the copy.
c. Physically transfer the software from one computer to another provided that the software is used on only one computer at a time.
d. Distribute applications compiled with this software only if you are registered user of this software.
You may not:
a. Use the software on more than one computer, workstation, or file server at a time in a network or a multi-user system.
b. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) the software or the accompanying documentation.
c. Rent or lease any rights in the software or accompanying documentation in any form to any person without the prior written consent of Vspire which, if given, is subject to the transferee's consent to the terms and conditions of this license.
d. Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software, documentation, and containers.
All rights, title, interest, and all copyrights to the software, documentation, and any copy made by you remain with Vspire. Unauthorized copying of the software or the documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this license and will make available to Vspire other legal remedies.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
Your sole remedy under this License Agreement shall be repair or replacement this software. Vspire's sole and exclusive maximum liability for any claim by you or anyone claiming through or on behalf of you arising out of your order shall not in any event exceed the actual amount paid by you to Vspire or its partners for the product.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Vspire BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA, DATA FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN CREATED BY THE USER.
