So if you want load data from flat files, excel or ODBC compliant database into you finance system or any other databases without learning any programming languages or becoming a computer guru feel free to try our software. You may load data from multiple excel or text files or even multiple tables. Version 4.5.2 allows you to add/update, update or delete records using update key

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may be subject to civil liability if you install and use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SEVERABILITY

In the event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.

All title and copyrights related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and"applets"incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by DB Software Laboratory.
MISCELLANEOUS

LIMITED WARRANTY

DB Software Laboratory expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
In no event shall DB Software Laboratory be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if DB Software Laboratory has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
