| The purpose of this application is to reduce the time that you, as a developer spend writing repetative code, such as error handlers to your VB project. You are given options to setup templates and then insert these templates (conditionally if required) into your project. Not only does it do this, it also extends the VB environment by offering features such as an Auto-Save, Backup Files and functions to auto-prefix new controls and much more. |

agreement signed by Media Productions Ltd. your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and

Registered Version
One registered copy of v.Coder may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of v.Coder through a
network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations
will access v.Coder on the network, each workstation must
have its own v.Coder license, regardless of whether they
use v.Coder at different times or concurrently.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD"AS IS"AND
