Program TrueDigits is intended for a rating by the user of the psychical abilities, in particular, ability to clairvoyance, to preguessing of the nearest events in future. At constant use the program will help to develop these abilities. The program can be useful to players in various games, for example a lotto and gambling, and also in any others in which the prediction of obviously not known result is required.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and TrueDigits Software, please read it carefully.
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
1. All copyrights to "True Digits" are exclusively owned by the author -- TrueDigits Software
2. TrueDigits Software grants a license to evaluate "True Digits" for the 30 executions after you first install it. If you like "True Digits" you have to purchase it after the evaluation executions is over.
There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for "True digits", these are:
a. A single computer usage license. One purchased license gives you the right to install a registered version of "True Digits" on one computer.
b. A SITE license. If you purchase a SITE license,
you acquire the right to a SITE usage, which means
that you can use "True Digits" on an unlimited
number of computers owned by the purchaser at the
same physical SITE location. This SITE location
is defined as a single building.
c. A COMPANY license. If you purchase a COMPANY license,
you acquire the right to use "True Digits" inside the COMPANY,
which means, that you can use "True Digits" on an unlimited
number of computers, regardless of location, but owned by the COMPANY.

When you purchase "True Digits", the "Activation Code" is being issued to you. This "Activation Code" can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should
not be shared with the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the ?Activation Code? shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA.
3. Author can change effect of this license for next versions of "True Digits".
4. "True Digits" may freely be copied and distributed in its original, unmodified form as long as no fee is charged for it. No one may get charge for "True Digits" without authors confirmation note.
5. "True Digits" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
7. Installing and using "True Digits" signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove "True Digits" files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by TrueDigits Software.
