| A simple but powerful explorer interface makes it easy to track time and expenses for billing, project management and status reporting. Create a task hierarchy that makes sense to you. Up to 20 custom levels gives you the power to organize your tasks logically. Find out where you really spend your time. Integrated with the windows system tray, Timeless Time and Expense makes it easy to start timers without interrupting your work. Keep abreast of upcoming work with to do entries. When it?s time to find out what you?ve done, a report wizard guides you through creating reusable summary, detail or invoice reports. Select exactly what you want to report on. Use specific dates or relative time frames to create reusable reports. When done you can preview, print or export reports to HTML, CSV and PDF formats. Import your MS projects plans and update them with work to simplify project management. Use the progress report to track the status of your projects. An online tutorial guides you through the features getting you up to speed quickly. |

License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by MAG Softwrx your use of this software
indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
One registered copy of Timeless Time
&
Expense may either be used by a
single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of Timeless Time
&
Expense through
a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstations
will access Timeless Time
&
Expense on the network, each workstation
must have its own license, regardless of whether they use Timeless
Time
&
Expense at different times or concurrently.
Whether a registered or trial user, you may not directly modify
data in the multi-user database. Doing so will void any and all
warranties.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
colorado.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

Trial Version
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software
after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $49.99 is
required. Credit card ordering and site license discounts are
available, as described in the section Ordering Information/Order
in the program help. When payment is received you will be sent a
registration number and optionally, the latest version of Timeless
Time

Expense.
Unregistered use of Timeless Time
