RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE - PROFESSIONAL EDITION
IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and TheDowser for TheDowser Keyword Research and
Management Software - Professional Edition, which includes
computer software and may include associated media, printed
materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing or otherwise using TheDowser Keyword Research
and Management Software - Professional Edition, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE
The SOFTWARE under this license is TheDowser Keyword
Research and Management Software - Professional Edition,
hereinafter known as "TheDowserPro", which consists of
executable files and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to TheDowserPro are exclusively owned by
TheDowser.com. All rights not expressly granted here
are reserved by TheDowser.com.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE
By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using
TheDowserPro, you agree to be bound by the terms of
this license. If you do not agree to the terms of
this license, you must remove all files relating to
TheDowserPro from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE
You may install and use TheDowserPro on one (1)
computer, workstation or laptop. Unregistered use
of TheDowserPro is a violation of U.S. and international
copyright laws. If you wish to install and use
TheDowserPro on multiple computers, multi-user licenses
are available for purchase at our website.

5. REVERSE ENGINEERING

The author will not be liable for data loss, damages,
loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or
