This program will manage Rental Properties ie: Houses, Factories, Condominiums etc.
Recommended for use by property Owner, Manager or Landlord.
Information on each Property and Tenant is entered into the database and at the end of each Billing Period, the Bills (Invoices) are calculated ready for printing.
* Multiple Reports can be produced.
* Handles State or Federal Taxes.
* Stores property Photos.
* Special Messages for Bills.
* Handles"1 Time"and"Regular"Charges.
Saves information on Properties and Tenants.
Produces rental invoices. Records all
charges (incl. taxes) and receipts.
Maintains a History activity file for each
property.
Extremely EASY TO USE.
This is Shareware but is a FULL working version. Printing will disable after 90days or
until registered.
