DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
You are hereby granted a limited license to freely distribute the
evaluation version of the Software, subject to the following terms and
conditions. Any other use, distribution or representation
of the Software is expressly forbidden without the express written
consent of the Author.
(1) The Software and any accompanying files may not be altered
under any circumstances, and must be distributed as a complete unit
in the originally downloaded format. Please contact the Author for
information on obtaining a complete copy of the latest version for
evaluation if yours is incomplete or has been modified.
(2) Under no circumstances must the purchaser or receiver of the
Software be given the impression that he/she is buying or receiving a
license to use the software itself, but merely an evaluation copy.
(3) If You receive a Registration Key from Author, said Key may not
be distributed.
(4) Any disputes concerning this software shall be resolved subject
to the applicable laws of the United States of America and the State
of Illinois.
(5) Failure to abide by these provisions constitutes violation of
U.S. Federal copyright laws, and will be prosecuted to the maximum

LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Installation
and/or use of this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms and
conditions and your agreement to follow them.
SRT Enterprises (Author) grants you, the end user (You) a nonexclusive
personal license to use the accompanying software (Software) for a period
of up to 30 days in order to evaluate its suitability to your needs. After
the evaluation period you must either register with the Author or cease
using this Software and delete it from your system.
Once you have registered this Software with the Author, you may use this
Software on a single personal computer system (PC) and make as many copies
as needed for backup and archival. Additionally, you may then install and
use this Software on a second PC that is primarily under your control, for
example, a PC at home and another PC at work, provided there is no chance
the Software will be used on both PCs at the same time.
You may distribute the Software, unmodified and in its original form, to
others who are interested in evaluating the Software as per the following
Distribution License.
The Software in its entirety is protected by Federal copyright law. The
Software also contains Author's trade secrets, and You MAY NOT modify,
alter, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, rent,
sublicense, loan, resell, or lease the Software, or create derivative works
based upon the Software or any part thereof. This license is effective
until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies
of the Software from your system. Author may terminate this license at any
time for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to violation of
this Agreement. It will also terminate if You fail to comply with any term
or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to delete
all copies of the Software from your system.
This Agreement and the following Disclaimer set forth Author's and its
Representatives' entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to
the Software. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a complete statement
of the agreement between you and Author, and that there are no other prior
or contemporaneous understandings, promises, representations, or
descriptions regarding the Software or any related services. This
Agreement does not limit any rights that Author may have under trade
secret, copyright, patent, or other laws.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under
applicable law, then it is, to that extent, deemed omitted and the
remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, except as
to copyright and trademark matters, which are covered by Federal laws. The
prevailing party in any action or proceeding brought in connection with a
breach of this Agreement will be entitled to reimbursement by the other
party for costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. |
