Synopsis allows for real-time programming where changes can be made while a program is running. This allows for instantaneous feedback without the need to leave the development environment. LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This license statement constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you
(either as an individual or a single entity) and CodeMorphis ("Licensor") for the
software product ("Software") identified above, including any software, media,
and accompanying on-line or printed documentation. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE
USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement,
promptly erase or otherwise destroy the unused software and all other materials provided with it.
Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, Licensor grants you
the right to use the Software in the manner provided below.
You may NOT modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, transfer
or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on
the Software or documentation.
In no event shall Licensor be liable to user or any third-party claimant for any indirect,
special, punitive, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages or loss of profits,
even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
One license of the Software allows you to install and use one copy of the Software on a
single computer at a time. A license for the Software may not be used concurrently on
different computers.
If you are an entity, Licensor grants the same rights to each individual in your organization
in the same manner according to the conditions above.
