| Most of Microsoft Windows operating systems give an opportunity for user to change domain password from his/her workstation, but only in case the workstation is a member of this domain. If the workstation can't join a domain (in particular, in case it is Windows XP Home Edition workstation), if there are multiple domains, or in peer-to-peer network the user is forced to ask network administrator to change network passwords. SynchroPass can solve this problem. It allows to synchronously change passwords for current user account on local computer, in one or several domains, and on one or multiple peer-to-peer servers. The program also can inform user about passwords expiration and invalidity. Using SynchroPass, it is possible to build secure peer-to-peer network. SynchroPass can be used on systems with Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server or later operating system installed. SynchroPass can not be used on Windows 9X computers. Also it can't change passwords for shared network resources on Windows 9X servers. SynchroPass doesn't require administrative privileges to run. SynchroPass supports multiple languages. Currently installation package includes support for English and Russian. Support for additional languages may be added in future in form of add-in packages. |

| End user license agreement |
1. SynchroPass is a shareware program product. Every person or company may use this software free of charge during a trial period of 30 days. During this period one or more licenses for SynchroPass must be purchased, otherwise the program must be uninstalled.
2. The author - Sergey Merzlikin, exclusively owns all copyrights to SynchroPass.
3. For each purchased unit the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SynchroPass on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The licensed SynchroPass software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person or organization, receiving it, agrees to terms of this License Agreement. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The technical support by e-mail is guaranteed only for users, which own SynchroPass license. The requests from the users of trial version would be answered within the limits of the possible.
5. Nobody excluding copyright holder may use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompose, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use results in immediate and automatic termination of the license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. Installing and using SynchroPass means, that you have accepted terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, you must remove SynchroPass files from your storage devices and stop to use this program product. |
