| Synchromagic is an intelligently designed utility to perform foolproof synchronization of files and directories, with many useful options. Foolproof synchronization of files and directories, either one-way or bi-directionally. Tasks can also be performed over a local area network, FTP and Internet Kiosks. Silent mode, shutdown after synch, and email report included. Useful silent mode allows administrators to synch without users interupting or corrupting synchronizations. Synchromagic also gives the option to transfer only if files are on target. Tasks can also be performed over a local area network or between FTP sites as well. The program can also be used to create a mirror site for disaster recovery or to backup files, directories, and even entire drives. Specific tasks can also be saved and performed at the click of a button. The program can also be used to backup files, directories, as well as entire drives. Synchromagic also features a handy separate ScanFolder utility to compare directories to determine disk space allocation and show at a glance where all the data is stored. Files can be selected or excluded by either byte size or extension. Exclude specific folders and files. Create disaster recovery backups. Seamless integration with Windows Scheduler provides many schedule options. RAS dialup utility included to support remote area dial-up, synch, send email report to administration, shutdown. New kiosk mode to delete files on source after synch, and language interface plugins available for different languages. Additional parameters include delete new files/dirs which were modified after last synchronization and use settings as pattern for new tasks. |

Synchromagic is shareware.
This means:
1. All copyrights to Synchromagic are exclusively owned by the GeloSoft, Inc.
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish
to continue to use Synchromagic, you MUST register.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Synchromagic on a personal computer(s), desktop and/or
portable, or multiple users on a single computer, but not both. Usage on a LAN or in a server/workstation
environment requires that each workstation accessing the software must be licensed. In practical terms this means the
software can be used by a single user *for personal use* on the work computer and the portable computer for that user only.
Work usage and personal usage on different computers requires additional licensing. "You" means the company, entity or
individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying
Synchromagic. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual. You are
expected to use Synchromagic on your personal use system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before
making a purchase.
4. Synchromagic unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Synchromagic without written permission from the copyright
holder.
