This License Agreement (the"Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), the end-user, and Kjell Hasthi, the copyright holder.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, you are to promptly delete each and any copy of the Software from your computer(s).
There are two versions of the Software, the"Trial version"and the"Licensed version". The license you are granted depends upon which version of the Software you are posessing, and upon what license you have obtained.
TRIAL VERSION
No payment is required for the use of Trial version. However, Trial version can only be used personally for a 15 days evaluation time (the 15 days limit is invalided when you obtained a Personal or Professional license). You cannot use the Software repeatedly for 15 days even if that in some circumstances may be possible. The nature of the Software is such that you may during trial time use the software for trading purposes.
Technical support for Trial version may be nil or limited. If you want technical support, please buy a Licensed version.
You may give copies of the Trial version to others on the condition that this is done by copying the original, unaltered Software archives as they can be downloaded from the public areas of the Web Site. Public areas are those that can be accessed by anybody with an ordinary Internet connection, without the use of any password or key. You must not charge any money for the Software itself or the act of copying the Software. You may ask a reasonable fee for material and/or communication costs.
LICENSED VERSION
The licensed version of the Software may be obtained by purchasing a Personal license or a Professional license.
Personal license: Under this license agreement you have a lifelong personal license to use the Software, including for trading purposes. Installing the Software on a network is not permitted. You may not rent or resell the licensed version of the Software. Your Personal license excludes professional use of the Software.
Professional license: A professional license is also a multiuser license - limited to 10 users. If the Software is distributed to more than 10 users, then the company needs an additional professional license for the next 10 users. Under this license agreement the employee or company has a lifelong license to use the Software, including for trading purposes. A professional license does not permit renting or reselling the licensed version.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
You must not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble the Software in whole or in part. You must not run the Software under a debugger or similar tool allowing you to inspect the inner workings of the Software.
REGISTRATION CODES
You may not publicize or distribute any registration codes used by the Software without permission of the copyright holder.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE"AS IS". ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.
