termination you must and agree to immediately destroy

4. DISCLAIMER. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED"AS-IS."JohnMacIntyre.ca MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE
SOFTWARE OR ITS OPERATION. TO THE FULL EXTENT
PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, JohnMacIntyre.ca
