| Speaking Email Deluxe uses Microsoft Agent characters to read your email messages. Primarily an email notification utility, it also reads header and message content and allows you to send speaking (or non-speaking) email messages and attachments to your friends and family. (Recipients of speaking messages must have MS Agent installed.) You can use it to monitor up to 99 email accounts, load it automatically with Windows, and determine the interval at which it checks for new messages. You can also use it to read other text entries and Clipboard content and launch your favourite full-featured email client. You can have your PC clock set via the Internet too. Speaking Email Deluxe is easy to use and an especially valuable tool for the visually impaired. |

Please note that if you downloaded this software from a web site like Simtel.net or Shareware.com then you may need to download the Visual Basic Runtime files which enable this software to work. This is due to upload restrictions in place with them. You can get them from http://www.uk-software.com/speakingclock.htm (in the download menu!).
This is Speaking Email Deluxe, which is MORE than just an email reader. Using the latest MsAgent technology, this software will check up to 99 POP3 account for waiting email and speak the emails to you. It will tell you who its from, the subject and a short clip of the body. You can delete the email from the server if you like. You can also send somebody else a Speaking Email using this software. You can send faxes using the FREE tpc serving as easily as sending an email, which you can also do with this.
To install this software, just click on Spkemail.exe which is with this text file.
To un install this software, using the standard windows un installer, which is in the Control Panel.

Terms and conditions for installing and using Speaking Email Deluxe (this software is shareware).
1. Standard Use Agreement
This software, is owned by UK Software, and is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material.
a. You may:
Use this software on any compatible computer, providing that you use the software on only one computer at a time. If this software is freeware, then you may use it on as many computers as you like. The status of this software is shown at the top of this license.
Transfer this software to another party by transferring the original copy of the software program and all applicable documentation, including this End User License Agreement. You must delete and/or destroy all other copies of the software and documentation. This transfer of possession terminates your license, and all associated benefits, with UK Software. If this software is freeware, then you do not need to remove it from your computer before transferring it.
Make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the software to a single hard disk drive, provided that you keep the original software program and accompanying documentation in your possession, solely for backup or archival purposes. If you wish to use this software on more than five computers at a time, or on a network, please contact UK Software for information about a multiple-copy license (does not apply to freeware titles).
b. You may NOT:

2. Limited Warranty
UK Software warrants that the media on which this software is distributed is free of defects in materials and workmanship. UK Software will replace defective media at no charge, provided you return the original copy of the software program diskettes and accompanying documentation with a dated proof of purchase to UK Software within ninety (90) days after your date of purchase.
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN, UK SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
