END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR iProtectYou SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SoftForYou Company ("SFY") for the accompanying SFY software product, which includes computer software and any associated materials ("Software").
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, copy or otherwise use the software and immediately delete any copy of it from all storage media.
GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software and accompanying documentation are being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement. The Software is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. This License may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without prior written consent from SFY, and any unauthorized transfer is null and void.
You may give exact copies of the Software to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the Software itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the Software (e.g. packaging). You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software itself. Your distribution of the Software will not entitle you to any compensation from SFY. You must distribute a copy of this license with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software is subject to this license. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or reservation of rights language displayed with the Software.
RESTRICTIONS.

You may not reduce the Software to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.
NO WARRANTIES.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The Software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SFY is not liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the Software, even if SFY has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SFY liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Software, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed the greater of U.S. $1.00 or registration fee paid by you.
