Send/receive emails through your own server, host your own website(s) and so much more. Email Server works with your Email Client e.g. Ms Outlook, Eudora etc. and allows unlimited domain and user accounts. SnugServer comes with Anti-Spamming, Anti-Virus, and SSL/TLS/S/MIME Encryption technology built-in. Anti-Spam methods include Bayesian, Black/White List, Regular Expressions, Spam IP Filtering, Attachment filtering, Attachment and HTML Stripping. END USER AGREEMENT
BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE
BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER AGREEMENT
THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Heidi Computers Ltd. YOU
SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU
USE THE PROGRAM, YOU ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE
PROGRAM, IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED THE PROGRAM,DESTROY THE
PROGRAM.
Subject to the terms and conditions provided below, Heidi
Computers Ltd ("Heidi") hereby grants the following license to
you for the HelloEURO Currency Converter software ("the
Software").
1. Grant of License. Heidi grants to you a non-exclusive, non-
transferable license to install and use the Software on your
computer. Such license grant is conditioned upon the following
limitations:
(i) copies of the Software may be made for backup and archival
purposes only;
(ii) you do not reverse engineer, decompile orš disassemble the
Software
2. Term of License. This license is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it any time by deleting the Software and all
accompanying documentation and copies thereof from your computer.
3. Intellectual Property. All rights to the Software and all
copyrights patents, trademarks, service marks, or other
proprietary rights relating thereto are and shall remain with
Heidi Computers Ltd. You acknowledge that no rights title, or
interest in these items is granted under this Agreement
Authorised copies of the Software shall contain all copyright
notices or proprietary legends that are contained or embedded in
the Software
4. Limited Warranty.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED
5. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL Heidi BE LIABLE TO
YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR
OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR 'CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
EVEN IF Heidi HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEE PAID FOR
THE SOFTWARE. This limitation of liability also applies to a
developer of a Program supplied to Heidi. Heidi's and the
developer's limitation of liability are not cumulative.
6. Support. Heidi shall provide its then-current standard support
for HelloEURO. No other support shall be provided.
7. General. If any provision or part of any provision of this
Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, such part shall
be ineffective without in any way affecting the remaining parts
of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement |
