SnipIE lets you easily save, organize, annotate and share snippets of useful web content (news items, definitions, tips, product info, prices, web forms, contact info etc). As well as saving your snippet, the date and original URL is stored, along with any other available web page data (e.g. page date, description, author, keywords). Also includes bonus Internet Time Sync function - to keep your PC clock and snippet date/time stamps up to date!
SnipIE is all about saving the data you find useful browsing the web - when you find it, and before it disappears or the links change. Instead of creating bookmarks, saving entire web pages, or copying to your word processor, simply drag and drop the text you are interested in to a chosen category. You can even add snippets from other applications such as Word documents and Outlook emails.
Whether you are researching for work, comparing products and prices, collecting tips and historical notes, searching for recipes etc. etc., you will find SnipIE an invaluable and time-saving way to build up a repository of information at your fingertips - rather then relying on a multitude of bookmarks. |
