Smart Paintball is a really addictive arcade game where your task is to clear the spots of different colors from the board. This is done by shooting more paint from the tube. New spots fall in if you miss the aim. Installer and uninstaller are included.
This game runs on any 32-bit Windows operating system (Win95/98, NT, ME, 2000, XP) and does not require any additional software.
Imagine you are a painter and you need to clear a mess of color stains off
your palette. The only way to do this is to shoot more drops from the
paint-tube placed at the bottom, because they disappear only when three or
more spots of the same color come together. That would be all too easy, but
every time you fail to erase some spots brings close the moment when
another gang of drops splash upon the board. You can see the next color and
the number of misfires left - look into the bottom left corner. The secret
of success is to shoot out some color, then another and so on - this will
give you bonus points, by the way. The penalty for misfires (the number of
lines added) will become more and more severe, however, as you go on getting
rid of colors.
You get points for every removed spot, and the number of points grows with
the number of spots removed. Try to collect a big bunch of drops of the
same color and then to shoot them out. But be careful, if you run out of shots,
new spots will roll on you.
When you register your game, you get some nice features enabled:

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Smart Paintball (Windows PC game)
IMPORTANT NOTICE. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
GameYard.com Ltd concerning the software product identified above, which
includes computer software and may include printed materials, on-line and
other electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT
provided to you. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise
using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed under two level licensing scheme:
1) Smart Paintbal Trial - Registration is not required. You can evaluate this
game for two weeks. The remainder window will be shown at certain time
intervals. To play after the trial period you should register your copy.
2) Smart Paintbal Registered - Registration is required. The full version supports
different playing modes, saving results on disk, no remainder windows will
be shown.
The following applies to all the licensing schemes:
(a) Software Installation and Use.
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single
computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic
device ("COMPUTER").
(b) Storage/Network Use.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared
or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation,
terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices").
(c) Back-up Copy.
You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for
archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE
PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure.
(d) Reverse Engineering.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or
disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
(e) Redistribution
Redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its entirety is only allowed
provided it is not yet registered, except for the following restrictions:
i) the authors and origin of this software must be clearly stated.
ii) this EULA may not be removed from or altered in a redistributed package.
2. UPGRADES.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly
licensed to use a product identified by Manufacturer as being eligible for the
upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Eligible Product"). For the
purpose of upgrade products only,"HARDWARE"shall mean the computer system
or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product.
A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the
Eligible Product which came with the HARDWARE. You may use the resulting
upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA and only with
the HARDWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package
of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product
package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
(including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data,
animations, video, audio, text and"applets,"incorporated into the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, are owned by the Icestone Trustee Limited or its suppliers.
You may not copy the
printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All title and intellectual
property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may
be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and
treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not
expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Icestone Trustee Limited
and its suppliers.
4. USE OF ADVERTISING
The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which
will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a
registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the
advertising.
You will be asked to provide the valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate
registration procedure and key generation. This address will in no event be
used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
MANUFACTURER OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE
FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE MANUFACTURER'S ENTIRE
LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT
ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. |
