Sirid is a professional project management software. Sirid lets you easily assign tasks, report bugs, manage specifications and record feature requests. Sirid sends notifications of new bugs and tasks to responsible persons and notifies of upcoming deadlines. Timesheets, graphical statistics and powerful management features help you organize your projects better and keep yourself in schedule.
Sirid is designed to be practical and flexible. You can create user groups with different access rights and options, customize settings for individual users and give them project-specific roles. Sirid is used via an Internet browser, so that all project members can use it from their own workstations and at home without installing any software. |

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Thraex Software for the Thraex Software's product Sirid, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and"online"or electronic documentation ("Product"). An amendment or addendum to this EULA may accompany the Product. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.
The Product contains"Server Software"which provides services or functionality on your server (your computers capable of running the Server Software are"Servers").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Thraex Software grants you the following rights provided you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:
a. Installation. You may install the Server Software on any number of Servers. This only applies to non-licensed Server Software. See 1c and 3 for more information.
b. Distribution. You may freely distribute the original, unmodified installation packages.
c. License code. The license code obtained when purchasing the Server Software cannot be distributed and you may only use it in as many Servers as you purchased licenses for. Once you use the License Code in Server Software it becomes Licensed Server Software.
d. Database Contents. Because the License Information is stored into the database, you may not distribute the Database Contents to third parties unless you first remove all license related entries from the database or encrypt the database contents.
e. Reservation of Rights. Thraex Software reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
2. NO RENTAL / NO COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend, or provide commercial hosting services with the Product. You can, however, give access to the system for third parties in the following cases: You want to enable the third party to report bugs in your projects or add feature requests. You want to enable the third party to view the status of your project(s). You are creating a project in co-operation with the third party.
3. TRANSFER - Internal. You may move the Server Software to a different Server. When moving a Licensed Server Software you must first uninstall the Server Software from the old Server and remove all leftover files (the installation directory), excluding database backups.
4. LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
5. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Thraex Software may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by the terms and conditions of this EULA, in which case you must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.
6. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA. You agree that Thraex Software may collect and use technical information you provide as a part of support services related to the Product. Thraex Software agrees not to use this information in a form that personally identifies you.
7. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You acknowledge that the Product is of Finnish origin. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Product, including end-user, end-use and destination restrictions issued by Finnish and other governments.
8. LIMITED WARRANTY. Thraex Software has verified the Product as best as possible to make sure the main achievements as described work while normal usage on compatible equipment. Regarding to the complexity of computer software we can not guarantee that the Product does not contain errors or works without intermissions on any equipment and software configuration or that it can fulfill any other of your needs. So the software and the documentation are distributed in the state as present and you accept all risks with the usage. The author does not take any warranty either expressed or implied to the software or the documentation about its fitness generally or its qualification for special purposes except those warranties that have to be applied through obliged laws and that cannot be excluded. You know that you have to regularly backup your data and that you have to affect additional security provisions if a software error is supposed.
9. COPYRIGHT. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Thraex Software or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Product. The Product is licensed, not sold. |
