Description

Screen Mate Builder allows you to create an compile small screen mates - little animated graphics that move around on top of your default desktop wallpaper or background. They can include optional background music and even sound effects. You can choose from several pre-defined paths that the screen mates will take, have them bounce of the edges, follow your mouse and more. The program includes a variety of animations, background sounds and sound effects to get you started, but you can also get creative and add your own files. Screen Mate Builder merges all your .gif images, .wav and .mid sounds into a compact, single-filed screen mate program, that can be easily distributed.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: The following is a legal software license agreement between you, the LICENSEE, and Duo Yi, setting forth how you can use Screen Mate Builder computer software, documentation and other associated media ("THE SOFTWARE"). You acknowledge that you agree to its terms by downloading, installing, and/or using THE SOFTWARE. Carefully read this license agreement before using the product.
Grant of License: This product is licensed as a SHAREWARE computer software program. This license permits you to install one copy of the software included in this package on a single computer only. You may evaluate this product for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the time you first install it onto your computer. After this time you must either remove this software from your computer or purchase a license for the software from Duo Yi. You are permitted to make one (1) back-up copy of the registered software for your personal protection.
Ownership: The software is owned by Duo Yi and is protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. No program, code, part, image, text or sound may be copied or used in any way by the user except as detailed in this license agreement.
Distribution of screen mates created with Screen Mate Builder:
All the screen mates created with an UNREGISTERED copy of Screen Mate Builder cannot be distributed.
All the screen mates created with a REGISTERED copy of Screen Mate Builder can be freely distributed by the user without any fee or royalty.
