LICENSE AGREEMENT Scan and Sort it?
IMPORTANT
Read this Software License Agreement ('License') before installing or using this software.
This is a legal Agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and RetSoft BV. By accessing and using the software ('Software') and related documentation, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Software.
COPYRIGHT.
The Software is owned by RetSoft BV and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book); and make one copy of the Software in machine readable form solely for back-up purposes provided you reproduce RetSoft BV copyright notice.
SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT
RetSoft BV hereby grants you the License to use the Software as follows:
LICENSE.
RetSoft BV grants you the right to use the Software according to the terms of this Agreement. This License is not a sale of the Software or any copy.
YOU MAY
1. Install this software without any limitation in the number of copies you install or the number of computers you install it on.
2. Copy this software without modification of any kind.
YOU MAY NOT
1. use, modify, adapt, copy, or reproduce the Software in any other way, except as expressly provided for herein.
2. decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software.
3. rent, lease, loan or resell the Software without out our written permission.
By accessing and using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. You may terminate the License at any time by destroying the Software together with all copies or modifications in any form. RetSoft BV will have the right to terminate your License immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this License Agreement. Upon any termination you must destroy the Software together with all copies.
NO WARRANTY.
Given the nature of this right to use, RetSoft BV makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the Software or related user documentation, including their quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No RetSoft BV dealer, distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Because software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, you are required to verify your work and to make backup copies. In no event will RetSoft BV be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, economic, cover or consequential damages arising out of use of or inability to use the Software or user documentation, including, without limitation, damages or costs relating to the loss of profits, business, goodwill, data or computer programs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
