Rosoft Audio Tools is a set of programs including Rosoft Audio Recorder, Rosoft Audio Converter, Rosoft CD Extractor and Rosoft Media Player.
Rosoft Audio Recorder is a program you use when you want to record sound from your sound card. The program includes functions that split the recording automatically into several tracks. You can tell the program when to split the recording.
Rosoft Audio Converter is a program that is designed for the Lame MP3 Encoder but it can also use plug-ins like WMA8EUTIL.exe a console program that encodes wave files into wma files. With the right console program you can basically convert any file to whatever format you want as long as you have the right console program.
Rosoft CD Extractor is our most famous program over the year and is well awarded on several sites. This is a ripper program that transforms you audio CDs into data files on the PC. You can rip to mp3 and wave files on the fly. The same way Rosoft Audio Converter uses console program you from Rosoft CD Extractor also encode to wma, ogg, mp3 or any format as long as you have the right console program.
Rosoft Media Player is a program the plays the files you rip or record and of course every other media files you have on your PC including avi, wmv and mov files. Rosoft Media Player uses the MCI interface for reading the file and this make s the program very flexible.
This program also includes a demo version of Rosoft MP3 Encoder PlugIn that includes "MPEG Layer-3 audio coding technology licensed from Fraunhofer IIS and Thomson". |

Distribution Code of Conduct Agreement
This document is between Rosoft Engineering with the legal base in Sweden (ROSOFT) and the AFFILIATE PARTNER.
This Code of Conduct Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ___DATE___ or the date signed by the AFFILIATE PARTNER.
AFFILATE PARTNER agrees to not store any of ROSOFT?s files on their web-server, cover-CD or any other similar media without Rosoft Engineering?s approval. AFFILIATE PARTNER agrees to link all downloads to the location given by ROSOFT.
If ROSOFT discovers independently that the AFFILIATE PARTNER has, ROSOFT may withhold payment for the current month?s registrations, terminate the affiliate agreement or any other agreements between the parties, with cause, and take legal action against the AFFILIATE PARTNER. The foregoing shall in no way limit the legal or equitable rights or remedies available to ROSOFT in connection with a violation of the above requirements, or otherwise.
If AFFILIATE PARTNER has it?s own affiliate or partner they must sign this agreement as well.
If AFFILIATE PARTNER wants to include any of ROSOFT?s files on a Cover-CD, Registration CD or similar media AFFILIATE PARTNER must contact ROSOFT and sign a special agreement.
