(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Regblock;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of RegBlock, or create derivative works from RegBlock; or
(iii) use RegBlock on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses you have purchased.
WARRANTY
Regblock.com warrants that the RegBlock will substantially perform its functions to innoculate certain progrms thatare automatically stored on the hard drive of a computer, when RegBlock is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions.
REGBLOCK.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the RegBlock or a refund of the purchase price, at the authors option. |
