This license is for a single developer.
You may use the software on one computer at a time.
Under no circumstances shall the software be used by more than one individual - this is a single user license.
You may freely distribute the product?s run-time libraries (PVL.DLL and PVLNET.DLL) embedded in your application that is not used as a software development product.
You may not grant sublicenses, lease, or other rights in the Product.
You may not translate, recast, transform, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software.
The product that you produce with the software may not be a software development product, a product that is sold primarily to software developers or system integrators or a development environment of any kind.
Please contact PVL team for special commercial licensing provisions in these circumstances.
In the case of an authorized transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LICENSE.
This license is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software together with all copies, modifications, merged portions and licence keys in any form.
The license also terminates if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
All copies and portions of the software, in any form, belong to PVL team which retains all rights not expressly granted.
This software and accompanying documentation are protected by International Treaty provisions.
Any use of the software in violation of these laws constitutes termination of the license and can be prosecuted. |
