- You are free to make unlimited copies of PSS Control Pack 1 (the software) as long as said copies are of the original setup file and under the original name, psscp100.exe for V1.0 (Build 1) of the software.
- You may distribute the unregistered software with other free applications providing that credit is given to Practical Software Solutions Ltd where due and no profits are made directly from the software.
- You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with commercial products without prior permission from Practical Software Solutions Ltd.
- The software is copyrighted and may not be modified under any circumstances or included with another commercial product without a developers licence or prior permission from Practical Software Solutions Ltd |

- A Developer licence is valid for the lifetime of the software and entitles a single developer to create applications that make use of the control. Extra licences will be required when more than one developer works on a project that contains this control. Volume discounts are available.
- The software includes information about the files that developers are allowed to redistribute as part of their applications.
- Developers are not permitted to use the software to create competing Components.
- Your use of the software is at your own risk. Practical Software Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for consequential, special, indirect or other similar damages or claims, including loss of profits or any other commercial damages.
