- You may not use this software to send out spam, where spam is defined as emails sent to a recipient that has not agreed to receive the email from you by joining an opt-in mailing list.
- You are free to make unlimited copies of the software as long as said copies are of the original setup file and under the original name, setup.exe or pssbm300.exe for the current version of the software.
- Such copies can be passed on to third parties although you are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with commercial products without prior permission from Practical Software Solutions Ltd.

The message header of each email sent includes encrypted information that enables us to carry out this policy.
