Produra, the network-enabled software for tracking hours spent on various projects in the services industry, has been further improved and optimized, and is now available as Version 2.
With this new version, you get a comprehensive project information system. Now you can manage and coordinate an unlimited number of projects. The new status tracking feature enables you to clearly distinguish between the planning stage, project implementation, project completion and billing for a particular project. You can also assign a particular status to each of the sub-projects.
Produra 2.0, moreover, offers numerous possibilities for your personnel administration. Accurate logging of the work done ensures the efficient controlling of your costs. Special entries, such as vacation, illness, and overtime can be made. You can create new user groups with their own access rights.
Using the extremely flexible administrative functions, you can customize Produra for your company. For example, you can configure your project numbers according to the system used in your organization, define various data fields according to your needs and set legal holidays.
Produra has a comfortable user interface: All the data is shown in a structured manner, similar to the Windows Explorer. Projects and contacts can be arranged in any folder structure, and you can flexibly modify the views for the individual tables. Data can be moved quickly and easily using drag

drop. You can create and print a comprehensive report and add, for example, graphics and charts. But you can also select any records for a quick overview and print them with a single mouse click. |

Please read the following very carefully before using the software. If you do not agree to the following conditions, do not use this software and remove it from your computers and storage media.
The Produra software and documentation are protected by copyright. The documentation and the software are the subject matter of this license agreement and may only be used in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Shareware version
You are entitled to thoroughly test the shareware and the related files. You are free to share the shareware and the related files with others as long as you pass on identical, unaltered copies. This means that you are not allowed to omit any files or to change any of the files in any way. You are not entitled to include the shareware and its documentation with a commercial software program unless you are doing so with our explicit authorization in writing. The shareware version is restricted to one user.
Registration
This software program is not freeware, nor does it belong to the public domain. If you use this software program regularly, you are required to register this software. This software is considered to be legally licensed if and when the licensee has received the invoice for the appropriate license and has paid the amount due. It is not legal to copy and/or pass on a licensed copy (registered version) of the software program.
Full software license/Multiple license
The full software license entitles the licensee to install the program in his or her organization, company or educational institution on several computers or on one server. The number of concurrent users is specified by you in your order and confirmed by us in the license invoice.
Liability and warranty
bluedoc GmbH assumes that (potential) customers make use of the possibility of testing the software free of charge and use data that is not mission-critical to find out whether this software program's functionality is appropriate for their needs and their work environment. bluedoc GmbH takes no responsibility for any damages to any data.
bluedoc GmbH cannot give any warranty that this software will run without any errors in every environment, on every computer and concurrently with every other application. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages suffered by you or any third party unless prohibited by law. In no event will we be liable for any damages in excess of the amount paid for your license to the software. If you do discover any errors by the time you register Produra, your registration indicates your acceptance of these errors.
Changes to the software and/or documentation
bluedoc GmbH is entitled to make changes to the information in the documentation and to the software programs without prior notice.
Any action related to this license will be governed by German law.
