Power Shutdown is an auto-shutdown program with many launch options.
It has 11 commands:
Logoff, restart, turn off the computer, play media files, screen saver, standby, disconnect the modem, and more.
You can choose to launch the command...
at the exact time, or
after a specified time has elapsed, or
when certain conditions are met.(For example, when the file downloading is done, Power Shutdown will disconnect the modem automatically)

1. THIS LICENSE.
This Software License belongs to the following Software and all files coming
with the Software:
"Power Shutdown" as of current version,
Copyright 2000-2004 by Snowportion, Taein Kim,
South Korea: Anyang 5 Dong, Manan Gu, Anyang 5 Dong
The following License is valid for all users in all countries. If some parts of
this License differ from the law of the country in which this Software is used,
all other parts of this License will stay valid.
By using this Software its user agrees to this License, which is part of the
Software. Running the Software means to agree to its latest License version, as
delivered with the Shareware version of the Software or with the key code for
a registered 'full' version of the Software.
2. COPYRIGHT.
The Software is owned by Snowportion, Taein Kim and is protected by the
Korean copyright law and international copyright law. You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the Software or any
copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the Software.
"Snowportion" and "Power Shutdown" are Trademarks of Taein Kim.
3. RESTRICTIONS.
You may not rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile
or disassemble the Software except to the extent that such limitation is
expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. NO WARRANTY.
ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Snowportion AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Snowportion IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY
UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.
5. LIABILITY.
Snowportion OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (a) INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN
TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Snowportion HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (b) FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
6. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES.
The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended
for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments
requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities,
aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life
support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could
lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental
damage ("High Risk Activities"). Snowportion and its suppliers specifically
disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
7. SHAREWARE AGREEMENT.
The user commits to tell the correct number of computers (machines) and the
number of users, who will work with the Software, if he wants to become a
registered user of the Software. If this is not possible (e.g. if he wants to
use the Software on public locations), he has to estimate the number of users
per day, who will work with the Software or on computers (machines), on
which the Software shall run on.
The user is allowed to give away the Software to third persons, as long as the
status of the Software is: "Unregistered Shareware" and nobody has modified the
Software (... e.g. by entering a key code). He is not allowed to give away the
key code itself!
Snowportion OR ITS SUPPLIERS CLAIM THE RIGHT TO DISABLE OR CHANGE A KEY
CODE NUMBER FOR REGISTERED USERS ANY TIME. THIS ESPECIALLY INCLUDES THE CASE,
THAT THE KEY CODE HAS BEEN MADE PUBLIC OR HAS BEEN GIVEN AWAY TO UNAUTHORIZED
PERSONS, AS DEFINED IN THE NON-SHAREWARE LICENSE, WHICH ALL REGISTERED USERS
OF THE SOFTWARE WILL GET.
8. JURISDICTION, GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Valid in all questions of law is the Korean law and the Korean jurisdiction.
All users of this Software agree to the Korean law and the Korean jurisdiction.
Legal venue for all questions belonging to the Software and this License is
Korea, home of author. Further arrangements regarding this
License require a written and signed agreement of Licensee and Snowportion,
Taein Kim.
