| PicturesToExe has simple and intuitive interface, so creating of a presentation is very easy. All you have to do is choose some pictures (in JPG, GIF or BMP format). PicturesToExe will produce single EXE file, which contains all images inside. No additional programs (including PicturesToExe itself) are needed to run resulting presentation - only that stand-alone EXE file. And it will work under Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and XP. If your demands are a bit higher, PicturesToExe allows you to make much more attractive presentations, than simply changing slides. You can customize each slide by specifying background color or picture, adding comments, sounds, objects. Moreover, it's possible to use different cinematographic transition effects between slides, add background music (in MP3, WAV or MIDI format). And ability to exactly synchronize show of slides to music, placing points on the time-line. If it is necessary, you are able to protect your presentation by password and assign expiration date. Presentations can be automatic (by timer) or controlled manually, run once or continuously. If you prefer, you can create SCR files (instead of EXE), and use your presentations as a standard Windows screen savers. The program has multi-language interface (19 languages are supported now). |

License for use and distribution

PicturesToExe is try-before-you-buy software. This means:
1. All copyrights to PicturesToExe
are exclusively owned by WnSoft Inc.
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to
continue to use PicturesToExe, you must register.
3. There are three types of licenses issued for PicturesToExe:
a. Personal license ($24)
License to use the program on one computer. For persons who
want to create and distribute PicturesToExe presentations for
private, non-commercial, educational or scientific use.
b. Business license ($30)
License to use program on one computer. For persons who want
to create and distribute PicturesToExe presentations for
commercial, private, educational or scientific use.
c. Advanced business license ($59)
For software companies and programmer teams who want to
create and distribute PicturesToExe presentations for
commercial, corporate, government, private, educational
or scientific use.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
to use PicturesToExe on as many computers as defined by the
licensing terms above for any legal purpose. The registered
PicturesToExe software may not be rented or leased, but may
be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person
receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the
software is an update, the transfer must include the update
and all previous versions.
4. How to register PicturesToExe:

located on a secure Netscape Commerce Server, ensuring
that your personal information remains confidential.

5. The PicturesToExe unregistered trial version may be freely
distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
distribution package is not modified in any way.
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the
package with the exception of the UnPicturesToExe components,
without written permission of the copyright owner.
b. The PicturesToExe unregistered trial version may not be
distributed inside of any other software package without
written permission of the copyright owner.
c. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included
on the same distribution.
6. PicturesToExe IS DISTRIBUTED"AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT
YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS
OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
7. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of
registration, associated with the creation and distribution of
presentations (.exe and .scr files) produced by PicturesToExe.
Legally registered owner may use his copies of PicturesToExe to
produce presentations and to distribute those presentations free of
any additional PicturesToExe royalties.
8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Neither PicturesToExe binary code may be used or reverse
engineered to re-create the PicturesToExe compression
algorithm, which is proprietary, without written
permission of the author.
PicturesToExe keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated
in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
person or persons who purchased the original license, without
written permission of the copyright holder.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by WnSoft Inc.
9. Installing and using PicturesToExe signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.
