This free, fully functional trial version, consisting of 4 separate modules, allows you to display or print an unlimited number of reports and charts for the famous people included, plus 2 Numerology Reports, 2 Relationship Reports, 2 Yearly Reports and 2 Numerologist Charts for anyone you want to enter data for. All reports were developed and written by Matthew Oliver Goodwin, author of the highly acclaimed, Numerology: The Complete Guide. To use Personal Numerologist, just enter the data for up to 2 people and select which of the four reports and/or charts you want for each person. Then select where you want to send all the reports--the display with each report in its own window or the printer. The 3 report modules costs $24.95 each and Numerologist Chart costs $34.95. |

Shareware Distributors, Demo Download Sites, Disk Vendors, Computer Clubs or BBS may freely distribute the free, fully functional trial version of Professional Numerologist. This version can be unlocked by the user with the purchase of Activation Codes from Widening Horizons.
A distribution fee may be charged if shipped on a CD-ROM, as long as the amount is nominal.
Professional Numerologist is packaged as a single, self-installing program file and must be distributed in this form. No file additions or subtractions can be made. No changes to the installation program can be made.

WIDENING HORIZONS, INC. LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Widening Horizons, Inc. BY USING PERSONAL NUMEROLOGIST SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THIS SOFTWARE. IF YOU PURCHASED THIS SOFTWARE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ITEMS (including written materials) TO THE PLACE YOU OBTAINED THEM FOR A FULL REFUND .
1. GRANT OF SOFTWARE LICENSE. Widening Horizons grants to you the right to use one copy of Widening Horizons? software program, Personal Numerologist, (SOFTWARE) on a single computer, so long as it is not possible for another person to access the SOFTWARE on another computer simultaneously. You may use the SOFTWARE on a network, provided that there is one licensed copy of the SOFTWARE for each computer which has access to the SOFTWARE on the network.
2. RIGHT TO USE REPORTS. In addition, you are granted the right to use the copyrighted reports produced by the SOFTWARE for personal use only. You may freely give these reports to family, friends and relatives so long as the total number of Numerology Reports, Relationship Reports and Yearly Reports produced does not exceed 300 reports per calendar quarter. THE REPORTS MAY NOT BE SOLD, OR USED IN ANY BUSINESS OR PROMOTIONAL CONTEXT. (If you want to sell reports or use them in some other business context, or want to produce more than 300 reports per quarter you must purchase Professional Numerologist. When you purchase the same report module in Professional Numerologist as you already own in Personal Numerologist, you are also granted the right to sell the equivalent report from Personal Numerologist.)
3. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by Widening Horizons, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may (a) make copies of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, and (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to hard disks provided that only one copy of the SOFTWARE is used at any time. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE .
4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not loan, rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer the SOFTWARE and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of the Agreement. Also, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, dissemble, modify, make any attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE, or create derivative works from the SOFTWARE.
5. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., and shall inure to the benefit of Widening Horizons, Inc. and any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY. Widening Horizons, Inc. warrants that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on the SOFTWARE are limited to 90 days. Some states do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Widening Horizons? entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Widening Horizons? option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) replacement of the SOFTWARE that does not meet Widening Horizons? Limited Warranty, and which is returned to Widening Horizons with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement SOFTWARE will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES. WIDENING HORIZONS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WIDENING HORIZONS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WIDENING HORIZONS, INC. PRODUCT, EVEN IF WIDENING HORIZONS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. |
