The Personal Diary is shareware. That means:
1. All copyrights to Personal Diary are exclusively owned by VidasSoft.
2. Anyone can use Personal Diary freely with small limitations.
3. If you wish to use Personal Diary with all capabilities you have to register.
4. The Personal Diary unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Personal Diary without written permission from the copyright holder.
5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites.
6. Personal Diary is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. VidasSoft will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed Personal Diary except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license.
8. Personal Diary registration keys may not be distributed, outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.
9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by VidasSoft.
10. Installing and using Personal Diary signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. |
