License Agreement (Registered Version)
One registered copy of PDF2Htm may either be:
* Used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.
OR
* Installed on a single computer and be used non-simultaneously by multiple people.
If the registered version of PDF2Htm is to be accessed through a network, then you must obtain individual licenses of PDF2Htm for each of the computers that will access PDF2Htm. For example, if 10 different computers access PDF2Htm on the network, then each computer must have it's own PDF2Htm license, regardless of whether they use PDF2Htm at different times or concurrently.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
