The self-extracting executable installation file of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from MoonLight Software Inc.is necessary.
This is the unregistered and trial version of the SOFTWARE. It is fully functional and its features have not been crippled. You are hereby licensed to freely use it and evaluate it for x days after which period you are legally required to register if you want to continue using this SOFTWARE, or to remove it from your computer. Registration of this version shall entitle you to free upgrades to future releases of the SOFTWARE (the upgrades will be made available for download at our Web site).
A single user license entitles you to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer only. If you want to use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, you must either seek individual licenses for each computer or purchase a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly.
