wizard 'wrapper' components. A context sensitive component help file is included.
- Use the TOrtusShellControlPanel to display the control panel or one of the control panel aplets.
- Use the TOrtusShellAbout, TOrtusShellOpenWith, TOrtusShellNewShortcut, TOrtusShellBrowseComputer, TOrtusShellBrowseFolder, TOrtusShellRun, TOrtusShellExitWindows, TOrtusShellDiskFull, TOrtusShellFormatDisk, TOrtusShellProperties and TOrtusShellOrganizeFavorites to launch the corresponding shell dialog.
This personal edition has no limitations but you may NOT use it for any commercial or business purpose.

GRANT OF LICENSE
Ortus grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a single computer. A license for this software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers, as this is not a concurrent use license. If you are an entity, Ortus grants you the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use the software in the manner provided above.
LIMITED LICENSE
You may use the software to build non-commercial applications for personal use only. You may not use the software for any commercial or business purpose. If you want to create royalty free commercial applications with this software you will have to purchase a commercial license.
COPYRIGHT
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain in Ortus. The software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties.
You are allowed to make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes only.
Except as provided in this license, you may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the software.
You acknowledge that the software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of Ortus and therefore you agree not to modify the software or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The software is distributed and provided to you"AS IS"without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but without limitation, warranties that the software is free of defects, merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you. Should the software prove defective in any respect, you (and not Ortus), assume the cost of any necessary servicing, repair or correction.
This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this license.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any liability of Ortus will be exclusively to refund of the license fee paid by you.
In no event shall Ortus be liable to you for any damages, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever relating to the use of the software, even if Ortus has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, in no event does Ortus authorize you or anyone else to use the software in applications or systems where the software's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Ortus harmless from any and all claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
GENERAL
This license is governed by Belgian law. Jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this license shall be in courts located in Dendermonde (Belgium) and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. |
