| Have you ever tried to keep a big amount of information in a structure of files and folders and then search in it? It is not simple, we get a mess; I tried, I know. This program allows you to WELL STRUCTURE YOUR INFORMATION (such as CURRENT NOTES, info about your business, hobby, friends etc.) in a tree (like the tree of shell folders, but more conveniently) and search in it quickly and easily. The application embeds a funny icon in system tray (Windows taskbar) near system clock for access to your notes by mouse click. You can use rich text formatting (bold, italic, font sizes etc.) and even paste images (such as photos) in the tree database. Keep all your information in one easily accessible place instead of searching in folders! Use this program to access your current notes. |

This document is the official (having power of the national and international laws) license argreement
between you and us, Extreme Code[tm] Software.
Extreme Code[tm] Software was created entirely with the purpose, writing and selling software, get
enough money for the sheduled good deals, such as charity. As money is a need for good deals ECS
distributes software commercially, not freeware, despite of a good deal would be to distribute software
freely.
You have the rights of using Extreme Code's products only accordingly the official agreement between
you and us. If you do not agree to the agreement, you must terminate any actions with our software
(deinstall it and do not use). We do not have any responsibity in such the case.
This version of the license agreement is referred by us as License T1-1.01.

explicitly grant you the license T1-1.0 for this version of the software (for example, responding to your

Some versions of our software (such as gratis demo and gratis limited versions) are marked as free. For
such the versions you have some additional rights accordingly to this agreement (if they fall under this
agreement). For such versions we grant the license, provided with such the software, to anybody. If a
software has a free version, this does not implies that you have any additional rights for other (non-free)
versions of the software.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Not more than one man (or woman) have the right to use the software, licensed accordingly this license,
simulateously. (E.g., when two mans have only one license of the software, they must agree of the time
of using of the software to guarantee that they do not use it simulateously, or buy the additional license.)
You do not have right to distribute the software on any media, nor through any channels.
You do not have right to disassembly, crack, or otherwise reverse engineer or modify the software.
You do not have right to split the software into parts. You do not have right to use any parts of the
software for any other purpose except from running the software as a whole.
However, despite of said above, for the versions of our software marked as free you additionally have
the rights to use it at any time by unlimited number of people and freely distribute it (but it must be
distributed only unchanged and as a whole, not splitted in parts).
