The NetConnect OCX gives your application internet access, to enable you to provide updates, upgrades, support, etc via the internet.
The NetConnect OCX does the following:
Detects whether an internet connection is available.
Opens the default internet connection as the user default settings.
Opens the default internet connection overriding the user default settings.
Closes the default internet connection.
Detects whether and reports when a connection to the internet is made.
Reports whether a connection to the internet is configured, and how it is acheived.
Checks whether a specific URL can be reached and returns the result.
Downloads a specified file from the internet and saves it to a specified location on the local system. |

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this OCX, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil or criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
The A16_NetConnect.ocx may only be distributed with the associated readme file, unless you distribute the A16_NetConnect.ocx as part of an application.
GRANT OF LICENCE - If you wish to use the A16_NetConnect.ocx you must pay a one of payment(US$3) to the owner April16, which entitles the payee to royalty free use of the A16_NetConnect.ocx. No other payments are required.
OWNERSHIP - The A16_NetConnect.ocx source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat A16_NetConnect.ocx like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording).
OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the A16_NetConnect.ocx. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble A16_NetConnect.ocx. The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the A16_NetConnect.ocx, see the Disclaimer.
It is assummed that you have read and fully understood this licence agreement if you install the A16_NetConnect.ocx software onto a computer. If you are unsure do not install this software. |
