The NChartEditor application is an integrated chart creation environment, designed to help you create stunning 2D and 3D chart images that can be exported to JPEG, PNG, TIFF, TGA, Bitmaps, SVG and HTML image maps. The key features of the application are:
žState of the art visual interface. All property pages are just one click away. The toolbars, data and collection editors can be docked or just left to float. The available commands in the toolbars can easily be rearranged and customized.
žYou do not have to start every chart from scratch. Just pick one of the predefined Excel like templates and the NChartEditor will automatically configure the component to show it. The only thing you will have to do is fill the chart with the data you want to present. The NChartEditor application has build in chart templates for 23 charting types with lots different style variations.
žCharts can be saved for later reuse. By having your own gallery of chart templates you can ensure not only your productivity, but the consistent outlook of your chart design.
The NChartEditor application comes along with several Excel like custom chart templates, which represent commonly displayed Gradient charts, Black and White charts and charts with two scaling axes or presentation groups.
žCustom chart templates can reside on Internet and Intranet FTP servers. Nevron LLC is also building a template gallery in which all users will be able to post templates made by them.
žIf you're a programmer using 3DChart the NChartEditor application can generate the code necessary to replicate the current chart state in one of the following programming languages: Visual Basic, VBScript, JScript, C++ or C#. |

THE FOLLOWING IS A LICENSE AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE. CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE AGREEMENT'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
You represent that you are acting on behalf of yourself and or your employer and are authorized to accept these terms and conditions on its behalf (such employer being hereinafter referred to as"you"). You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement.
The ActiveX components and other executables in this package (herinafter referred to as"Progam") are property of NEVRON LLC. You agree that you are licensing the Program for its end use only and not for resale or redistribution. Such activities may be performed only by NEVRON LLC authorized resellers. The redistribution restriction does not apply to the demo version of the Program.
You acknowledge that the Program, including the related documentation and any new releases, modifications and enhancements thereto, belongs to NEVRON LLC who retains all right, title and interest in and to this Program. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to treat the Program as the confidential and proprietary information of NEVRON LLC.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NEVRON LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES , EVEN IF NEVRON LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
2. License
2.1 Demo version
NEVON LLC DOES NOT PERMIT THE DISTRIBUTION OF IMAGES OR IMAGE MAPS CREATED WITH THE EVALUATION VERSION OF THE PROGRAM EXCEPT FOR DEMO AND OTHER NON COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. YOU ARE FREE TO USE THE DEMO VERSION OF THE PROGRAM FOR SUCH PURPOSES FOR AN UNLIMITED PERIOD OF TIME.
2.1 Licensed (retail) version
THE STANDARD (1 USER) LICENSE PERMITS ONLY ONE USER TO WORK WITH THE APPLICATION. ADDITIONAL USER LICENSES MUST BE OBTAINED IF MORE THAN ONE USER WORKS ON THIS APPLICATION.
THE SITE LICENSE GRANTS AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF USERS IN YOUR ORGANIZATION THE RIGHT TO WORK WITH NCHARTEDITOR.
