This software and the documentation that accompanies it are owned by Computer Dynamics, Inc. and protected by the Universal Copyright Convention and other international copyright treaties. All rights are reserved. You must treat this software like any other copyrighted material (for example a book or
musical recording), except that you may copy it onto a computer to be used and you may make archive copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing up the software and protecting your investment from loss.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days. If you use this software after the 15 day evaluation period a registration fee of $49.95 is required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to:

Limited warranty
Computer Dynamics, Inc. warrants the physical media and physical documentation provided to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. If Computer Dynamics,Inc. receives notification within the warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, and determines that such notification is correct, Computer Dynamics will replace the defective media or documentation.
The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective media or documentation and does not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of
the software or special, incidental or consequential damages,or other similar claims, even if Computer Dynamics, Inc. has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Computer Dynamics liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the package or the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.

CDDB Flow-Down License Terms
This application contains software from Gracenote of Berkeley California (CDDB). The software from CDDB (the CDDB Client) enables this application to do online disc identification and obtain music-related information, including name, artist, track, and title information (CDDB Data) from online servers (CDDB Servers) and to perform other functions.
You agree that you will use CDDB Data, the CDDB Client, and CDDB Servers for your own personal non-commercial use only. You agree not to assign, copy, transfer or transmit the CDDB Client or any CDDB Data to any third party. YOU AGREE NOT TO USE OR EXPLOIT CDDB DATA, THE CDDB CLIENT, OR CDDB
SERVERS, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED HEREIN.
You agree that your non-exclusive license to use the CDDB Data, the CDDB Client, and CDDB Servers will
terminate if you violate these restrictions. If your license terminates, you agree to cease any and all use of the CDDB Data, the CDDB Client, and CDDB Servers. Gracenote reserves all rights in CDDB Data, the CDDB Client, and the CDDB Servers, including all ownership rights. You agree that Gracenote may enforce its rights under this Agreement against you directly in its own name.
The CDDB Client and each item of CDDB Data are licensed to you ?AS IS.? Gracenote makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of any CDDB Data from in the CDDB Servers. Gracenote reserves the right to delete data from the CDDB Servers or to change data categories for any cause that CDDB deems sufficient. No warranty is made that the CDDB Client or CDDB Servers are error-free or that functioning of CDDB Client or CDDB Servers will be uninterrupted. Gracenote is not obligated to provide you with any new enhanced or additional data types or categories that CDDB may chose to provide in the future.
