| MSSMixer is a control for monitoring and setting audio mixers in Windows. Provided in ActiveX and (when registered) DLL variants, with source code, the control provides a simplified way of setting volumes, channels and other controls in the mixer. The control is supplied with extensive documentation and sample programs in VB and Delphi to enable the complexities of programming mixers to be understood and overcome. Two-level registration makes the control low cost for hobbyists and freeware developers, whilst commercial software vendors can include the control royalty free. |

The following licence applies to the evaluation version of The Product.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different licence agreement signed by an authorised official of Product Technology Partners Ltd your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this licence agreement and warranty.
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use The Product for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use The Product after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. See http://www.ptpart.co.uk/mssmixer/ for current details pertaining to registration fees and procedures.
Unregistered use of The Product after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.K. and international copyright laws.
The MSSMixer ActiveX control may not be distributed AT ALL except under the restricted conditions listed below.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
