A nice and entertaining multi-level arcade game, where you help the Brave Miner go through the levels burying monsters. There are several kinds of monsters, ghosts, and various widgets to collect on your way to the next level. It is quite strategig game, you'll have to think a bit to avoid all the dangers and defeat all monsters. Dosens of levels are included, as well as different skill levels and online contest for the best players. If you like Digger, this game is for you. Upgrades are free.
Miner digs holes in the floo to bury monstersr; at full strength, Miner will do it just in three strokes, it will take longer when he gets tired. The strength falls as time goes on, even if Miner is just walking around doing nothing. When the hole is completely digged, a monster will fall into it and hang to the edge for a few seconds. If Miner manages to bury it during this time, the monster will fall. If not, the monster will jump out and the hole will be undone. While a monster is in the hole, another one can safely come over its head. If a hole is not completely digged, this spot becomes a barrier for all monsters and Miner - they cannot cross it. The holes can be made anywhere, except on the lowest floor and over the climbing poles.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MINER
IMPORTANT NOTICE. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
Icestone Trustee Limited concerning the software product identified
above, which includes computer software and may include printed materials,
on-line and other electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The
SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original
SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you. By installing, copying, downloading,
accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do
not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed under two level licensing scheme:
1) Miner Download Edition - Free, no registration or payment is required.
Under this license you obtain the version of the game limited to the three
first levels. To obtain the full version with all levels you should register
your copy.
2) Miner Full Edition - Registration is required. This version includes
all game levels, as well as other features disabled in the trial version.
There are no time or function limitations on the gameplay. Free upgrades
to new versions are included.
The following applies to all the licensing schemes:
(a) Software Installation and Use.
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single
computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic
device ("COMPUTER").
(b) Storage/Network Use.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared
or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation,
terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices").
(c) Back-up Copy.
You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for
archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE
PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure.
(d) Reverse Engineering.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or
disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
(e) Redistribution
Redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its entirety is only allowed
provided it is not yet registered, except for the following restrictions:
i) the authors and origin of this software must be clearly stated.
ii) this EULA may not be removed from or altered in a redistributed package.
2. UPGRADES.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly
licensed to use a product identified by Manufacturer as being eligible for the
upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Eligible Product"). For the
purpose of upgrade products only,"HARDWARE"shall mean the computer system
or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product.
A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the
Eligible Product which came with the HARDWARE. You may use the resulting
upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA and only with
the HARDWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package
of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product
package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
(including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data,
animations, video, audio, text and"applets,"incorporated into the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, are owned by the Icestone Trustee Limited or its suppliers.
You may not copy the
printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All title and intellectual
property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may
be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and
treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not
expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Icestone Trustee Limited
and its suppliers.
4. USE OF ADVERTISING
The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which
will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a
registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the
advertising.
You will be asked to provide the valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate
registration procedure and key generation. This address will in no event be
used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
MANUFACTURER OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
