Live Waterfalls is distributed in two versions: A demo version and a
full commercial version. The demo version includes many features and never
expires, giving the user ample opportunity to explore the product. The
commercial version may not be distributed in any form or fashion. The demo
version may be distributed only if the conditions of the licensing agreement
are met. Images and animations obtained from either version may NOT be
used for commercial purposes. A separate license must be obtained to use
Live Waterfalls for commercial purposes. See license.txt for details. |

Users of Live Waterfalls must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
Live Waterfalls is supplied as is. Run Productions disclaims all
warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
Neither Run Productions nor anyone else who has been involved in
the creation, production, or delivery of this software shall be
liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
arising out of the use or inability to use such software even if
Run Productions has been advised of the possibility of such
damages or claims. In no event shall Run Productions' liability
for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use
the software, regardless of the form of claim. The person using
the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of
the software.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of
Colorado and shall insure to the benefit of Run Productions and
any successors, administrators, heirs, and assigns. Any action
or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising
out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a
state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in
Colorado. The parties hereby consent to in personam
jurisdiction of said courts.
This software is licensed to you for your own use. This is
copyrighted software. You are not obtaining title to the
software or any copyright rights. You may not sublicense, rent,
lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming
language, decompile, or disassemble the software for any purpose.
A demo version of Live Waterfalls is available and is provided at no
charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share the demo with
your friends, but you may not give it away altered or as part of
another system. The essence of"user-supported"software is to
provide personal computer users with quality software without high
prices, and yet to provide incentive for developers to continue to
develop new products. If you find this program enjoyable and find
that you are using Live Waterfalls and continue to use Live Waterfalls
after a reasonable trial period, you must purchase the full
commercial version from Run Productions.
Anyone distributing the demo version of Live Waterfalls for any kind
of remuneration must first contact Run Productions for written
authorization. This authorization will be granted freely to
distinguished distributors, but written permission must be
obtained first.
Images, music, sounds, program files, and all other components of
Live Waterfalls (both Demo and Full versions) may not be used,
distributed, or reproduced for commercial purposes without expressed
written permission from Run Productions.
The full commercial version of Live Waterfalls may not be
redistributed in any form or fashion. You may not use, distribute,
or reproduce any part of Live Waterfalls, including any music or images
obtained from Live Waterfalls, for commercial purposes. If you would
like to use Live Waterfalls, or music or images obtained from Live
Waterfalls, for commercial purposes, a separate commercial license is
available. Live Waterfalls may not be used simultaneously on more than
one computer and may not be used simultaneously by more than one user.
