Litigation Max is a single user windows based application that will help you manage all
of your debt collection and litigation accounts. It uses a built-in Microsoft Access
Database that will provide you a fast, stable, and secure way of managing your accounts.
Litigation Max has a one-touch keypad that you can eaisly configure to search for
specific fields or you can enter search queries directly. Printing options include a
print screen button that will send a snapshot of your screen directly to the printer and
two different data grid that account information can be printed from. |

Decca Collections Systems Corp Software ("Decca Collections Systems Corp") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this
software in Shareware version, and any associated documentation ("The Shareware"), as indicated herein.
You MAY: (a) install and use the Shareware for evaluation purpose only during 30 days after the installation; (b) create
icons using the Shareware and save them for evaluation purpose only; (c) Redistribute the Shareware by any mean (CD-ROM,
Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do NOT change the original package and distribute only the original install package.
RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the Shareware after the evaluation period of 30 days; (b) use the icons created with the Shareware
(except for test purpose); (c) sell this Shareware package (except for shipment and handling charges); (d) cause or permit
reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (e) remove any product identification,
copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (f) copy the documentation accompanying
the software.
SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTION
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all
files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the Shareware (you must distribute the INSTALL file, not the files

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Shareware is supplied "AS IS". Decca Collections Systems Corp disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including,
without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of
using the Shareware.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Decca Collections Systems Corp assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of
